


BREAKFAST
SAUSAGE PATTIES

INGREDIENTS

12 oz. good quality ground pork breakfast sausage

1 tablespoon butter
-
6 fresh sage leaves
-
3 thyme sprigs
-
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS

Form sausage into four round patties.

Heat butter in 8” skillet over medium heat.
-
Add sausage patties and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until nicely browned and turn. Add fresh herbs and cook another 3-4 minutes.

Salt and pepper to tastes and serve hot with herbs as a garnish.
